Privacy Policy
PersuasiveTextPro, located at Avenida de la Constitucion 20, 41004 Seville, Spain, is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We collect personal data including your name, email address, and project details solely for the purpose of delivering our copywriting services and communicating with you regarding your engagement.
Your data is processed under the lawful basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected].
Data is retained for the duration of the service engagement plus 24 months for archival and legal compliance purposes. After this period, all personal data is securely deleted.
Data Handling & Processing
All personal data collected by PersuasiveTextPro is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest.
Our data processing activities include:
- Collection of contact information via our onboarding form
- Storage of project briefs and communication records
- Internal analytics to improve service quality
- Payment processing through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data. All copywriting decisions are made by human experts at PersuasiveTextPro.
Security Audits & Monitoring
PersuasiveTextPro conducts quarterly internal security audits to verify that all data protection measures remain effective and aligned with current GDPR requirements.
Our security framework includes regular vulnerability assessments, access control reviews, and staff training on data handling best practices. Any security incident is documented and reported to the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by Art. 33 GDPR.
We maintain an up-to-date Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) as required by Art. 30 GDPR and conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for any new processing activities that may pose a risk to data subjects.
Terms of Service
By engaging the services of PersuasiveTextPro, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope: PersuasiveTextPro provides copywriting, content strategy, and related marketing services as outlined in the project proposal and confirmed via written agreement.
2. Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified.
3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. PersuasiveTextPro retains the right to display work samples in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
4. Revisions: Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the project proposal.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement, as governed by applicable Spanish law.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
PersuasiveTextPro aims for complete client satisfaction with every engagement. The following refund terms apply:
Pre-Project Cancellation: If you cancel before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 10 business days.
Partial Delivery: If work has commenced and you wish to cancel, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the percentage of deliverables completed at the time of cancellation.
Completed Deliverables: Once deliverables have been approved or delivered in full, refunds are not available for completed work. Revisions within the agreed scope are provided at no additional cost.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal legal remedies.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by PersuasiveTextPro:
- Right of Access (Art. 15) — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

- Right to Erasure (Art. 17) — Request deletion of your personal data where no legal retention applies.
